Placing an Order

Where do I start?

Begin by exploring our pre-designed templates in the Kit Builder. Have fun customising your outfit and previewing changes instantly in 360°. If you have questions, email us at support@teamlook.com.au.

From order placement to manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch takes around 3 weeks. Add an extra 7 business days for delivery. 95% of orders are delivered within 4–5 weeks.

Yes. Email orders@teamlook.com.au with your required date. We’ll reply within 24 hours. Rush orders usually incur an additional fee.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email when placed, and a tracking number once dispatched. You can also log in to your account to check order status.

We begin preparing for production within 24 hours. Once in progress, changes aren’t possible. Please email us immediately at support@teamlook.com.au to check.

Yes, but if your order is already completed, additions are treated as a new order. Minimum quantity is 4 items. For fewer than 4 pieces, a small processing fee applies.

  • Custom Designs (with Team Look staff): 10 pieces
  • Re-orders/Additions: No minimum

Yes! All past designs are saved to your account. Re-order anytime via the Team Look website.

If a garment is faulty, we’ll replace it. Email us photos and a description of the issue. If confirmed, we may ask you to return the item.

Yes, freight is included and shown as a line item on your order confirmation before payment.

What are your prices?

Our uniforms are competitively priced while maintaining top quality. Team set pricing is lowest when ordering 7+ garments. Prices are displayed during ordering, and you can also view our full list prices [HERE].

Yes, discounts apply for 30+ garments per design. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Designing & Customising

What is sublimation?

Dye sublimation embeds designs (logos, lettering, numbers, sponsors) directly into the fabric. The result is lightweight, breathable, and permanent.

All sublimated uniforms are made from polyester fabrics, including Cool Dry Mesh, Lycra, and Elasticised Spandex.

Yes. You can upload multiple logos in JPG, PNG, or Vector (SVG, EPS, AI) formats. Vectors are best as they don’t pixelate when enlarged.

Yes, the Kit Builder has a background removal option. Or, try free tools like Adobe Express. Always save as PNG for transparent backgrounds.

Our Colour Picker includes 50 colours, and all garments can be printed in full colour. If you have exact colours (CMYK or PMS), email them to support@teamlook.com.au.

Yes, we can match to an existing garment if you send us a physical sample.

No. Add as many as you like at no extra cost. Enter all team details (names, numbers, sizes) during ordering and preview each garment in 360°.

Minor variations may occur due to sublimation printing or your device’s display settings.

Garment Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to our size charts [HERE]. Measure a comfortable garment you already own and compare. Allow up to 2cm variance due to production. Custom items cannot be exchanged or refunded for sizing issues.

Yes. In the final step of the Customiser, add each player’s name, number, and size. Preview each uniform in 360° before ordering.

Yes. We offer youth, women’s, and men’s cuts — and you can mix different cuts in the same order.

General Information

How should I wash uniforms?

Turn inside out, wash cold or warm with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Hang dry in shade. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron sublimated prints.

We deliver Australia-wide and internationally. Global shipping costs vary by weight, size, and destination. A live quote is provided at checkout.
